All items sold on chitrokatha.digigraphics.in are digital and downloadable products (such as editable templates, PSD/AI/CDR files, design layouts, or similar creative content).
Once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Please make sure you’ve reviewed all product details, file formats, and previews before purchasing.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in limited situations, such as:

• ❌ Duplicate purchase (you accidentally paid twice for the same product).

• ⚠️ File corruption or missing content, and our support team is unable to fix or provide a working version within 48 hours.

• 🛑 Unauthorized payment detected and confirmed by our payment gateway provider (Razorpay / Stripe / PayU / etc.).

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind or accidental purchase.

• Inability to open/edit files due to outdated or unsupported software.

• Product not meeting personal expectations (e.g., design style, color, font, etc.).

• Internet connectivity or download issues on your device.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

4. No Physical Returns

As we sell digital files, there are no physical returns.
Once the download link or product file has been accessed or delivered, ownership of the file is transferred to the buyer, and the order cannot be reversed.

If you face any issue while downloading your purchased product:

• We will re-send your download link or provide alternate access within 24–48 hours.

6. Product Usage Policy

By purchasing from DiGiGraphics, you agree that:

• The purchased design files are for personal or business use only (as permitted in the license).

• You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the purchased files in any form (online or offline).

• Modifications to purchased templates are allowed only for your own or your client’s printing/branding use, not for resale.

Violation of this clause may result in account suspension or legal action under the Indian Copyright Act.

7. Payment Gateway and Transaction Issues

Payments are securely processed through trusted gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayU, and UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).

If a transaction fails but money is deducted from your bank:

• Please wait up to 24 hours for automatic reversal.

• If not resolved, contact our support team and include your transaction ID and payment screenshot.

8. Cancellation Policy

Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link issued, the order cannot be canceled.
If you’ve made a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
