All items available on DiGiGraphics.in are digital design files, including (but not limited to):
Editable templates (PSD, AI, CDR, EPS, etc.)
Print-ready designs (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.)
Custom design services
Once a digital file has been downloaded or delivered, it cannot be returned like a physical product. Therefore, all purchases are considered final unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your order before the file is delivered or downloaded, by contacting our support team at support@digigraphics.in or via WhatsApp at +91 9832161320.
If your cancellation request is approved before delivery, the payment will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days through the same payment gateway.
Once a file is delivered, accessed, or downloaded — it is considered consumed and non-refundable, as we cannot revoke access to digital content.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment:
If you accidentally make a duplicate transaction, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate payment.
File Delivery Issue:
If you are unable to download your purchased design file or the file link is broken, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Our team will resend or fix the download link. If we fail to deliver a working file, a full refund will be processed.
Corrupted or Incorrect File:
If the downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 3 days with proof (screenshot, order ID). We will review and either replace the file or refund your payment.
The product has already been downloaded successfully.
The customer has changed their mind after download.
The customer expected a different file format than the one described.
The issue is due to lack of software compatibility or user error.
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe, or other gateways).
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We use secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm, or Stripe.
All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted connections and adhere to PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
Your card and payment details are never stored on our servers.
Since our designs are digital files, exchanges are not applicable.
However, in exceptional cases, we may offer a replacement file or store credit of equal value if approved by our support team.

All refund and cancellation decisions are at the sole discretion of DiGiGraphics management.
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be under Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
