All products sold on DiGiGraphics.in are digital goods — such as:
Editable design templates (PSD, AI, CDR, EPS, etc.)
Print-ready graphics (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.)
Custom design or creative service deliverables
As such, no physical shipping is required.
All deliveries are made digitally, through secure online channels.
For most pre-designed templates and files, you’ll receive:
An instant download link immediately after successful payment.
A confirmation email with download access and order details.
If you create an account during checkout, your purchased files will also be available in your “My Account → Downloads” section for future access.
If you have ordered a custom design (e.g., logo, banner, poster, etc.):
Delivery will be made through email or private download link.
The standard delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on project complexity.
You’ll receive update emails throughout the process.

In rare cases (server maintenance, high demand, or technical delay), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
If you haven’t received your files within that time, please contact our support team.
Once your payment is confirmed:

The order will be marked as “Delivered” automatically.
For custom designs, a final approval email will be sent before completion.
Please ensure you enter a valid and active email address at checkout, as this is the only channel used for file delivery and support communication.
Delivery may fail or be delayed due to the following reasons:
Invalid or misspelled email address during checkout.
Payment not confirmed by your bank or gateway.
Server downtime or internet connectivity issue.
Your mailbox storage being full or blocking attachments.
